Return Policy
100-Night Guarantee (US & UK)
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 100 nights of delivery for a full refund*
- Items can be used
- Law tag must be attached
- Original packaging not required
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We’ll provide an RMA number for your return. You'll need to pack the item securely, choose a courier, and cover the return cost.
14-Day Right to Cancel (UK only)
For UK orders, you have a legal right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Email us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Return the item within the next 14 days
- We'll refund:
- The item price
- Standard shipping cost only
Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Extended Returns (Day 15 to 100)
If you return your item after the 14-day cancellation window but within the 100-night period:
- We'll refund the item price only
- Original shipping is not refunded
- You cover the return shipping
- RMA number must be included in the return package
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 3 days at support@celliant.com with:
- Subject: “Damaged”
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos if possible
If confirmed, we’ll cover return shipping and offer a refund or replacement, including original delivery costs.

- Subject: “Return”
- Order number
- Your name
- Reason for return
We’ll send your RMA number and return instructions. Be sure to:
- Include the RMA number inside your return package
- Choose a courier and cover return shipping
- Pack the item securely
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
Gifts
Gift returns follow the same process. Refunds go to the original payment method used at checkout.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
